Cloud Hotel & Suites - Nairobi

The food was awful, and I got locked in my bathroom briefly.

I didn't want to leave and will certainly stay here again. The place was fairly clean and staff was very helpful and fantastically friendly. The beds were big and the standard queen room itself was modern and excellent quality...

its location near restaurants and canteens was incredible and excellent. the airport was 10 km away. caring staff, greeted us with such kindness.

Some highlights, but many drawbacks

The gym facilities were a bright spot . I also appreciated the staff's attentive nature when I visited the restaurant, despite the long wait times for food.

Well furnished room itself with an iron and twin bed, as for instance. Costs USD 107. Excellent, absolutely perfect location in an indian shopping mall. 10 minutes walk from Ramoma Modern Arts Museum.

The rooms new-fashioned, high-class with a bed for baby, fresh fruits and an iron. The pool area is nice too. Everything fantastic.

The room was immaculate, and I appreciated the amenities. The fitness center was excellent, with high-end equipment and a fine city view. Always ready to assist with any request.

The noise levels from events were quite disruptive.

the food was terrible. but the rooftop swimming pool had stunning views, and the gym was well-equipped for workouts. the staff were quite supportive during my stay.

Great Stay for Solo Travelers!

My two-night stay offered a great blend of comfort and convenience. The gym was a highlight, and breakfast had a nice variety. Be sure to check out the foreign exchange facilities. They were very handy. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in my clean room.

The hotel's location is convenient, and we enjoyed easy access to local attractions. And a games room was a hit with the kids. We also appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly, accommodating our large breed dog without any hassles.

In my wife's opinion, the noise levels during events were disruptive. Families could benefit from soundproof rooms.

The staff provided friendly service and the room was spacious, made for a comfortable atmosphere. I experienced significant issues including a faulty bathroom lock that trapped me inside and persistent noise that disrupted my sleep. While the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions, the quality of the food was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. I had to seek out options elsewhere for meals.

Enjoyed the games room and took advantage of the tour desk for activities. Rooms were clean, and the staff was always friendly. Grab some food from the local spots nearby. It's a great area for dining.

Totally recommend for a flying visit

Cozy room, friendly staff, with a convenient location near local eateries that provide plenty of dining options, and the easy access to transportation made exploring the area easy.

It was a top selection for a walk in the evening in Nairobi with value for price. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty with a variety of options that kept it interesting. Check local dining spots for some great food outside the hotel.
